Chayarupa (චායරුප) is a Sinhala word that embodies the essence of photography, combining "Chaya" (චාය) meaning shadow or light reflection and "Rupa" (රුප) meaning form or image.

Together, it represents the art of capturing fleeting moments, transforming them into timeless visual stories. Just as light shapes everything we see, Chayarupa reflects the beauty, depth, and emotion of the world through the lens
